Events
On February 27 and 28 experts panelists and current/former athletes came together for three one-hour sessions. The topics we covered were: Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport and the importance of female periods, a vital sign of health; Power, what abuse of power looks like, and how to harness your own power; Finally we talk about understanding and embracing failure on the journey in sport. Together the stories we have and the stories we create are about being resilient in sport.
The topics were introduced by experts. The stories from athletes encouraged, lifted up and gave power to girls and women in sport. Our goal is to build a community of athletes that share dreaming big, and in being your best in sport––over the long-term. |
